Ordering & preparation
From Order to Kitchen: Your Fresh-Atta Order at Swastah
A practical guide to choosing fresh atta, confirming delivery or pickup, completing payment and following your order through preparation.

Start with the grain, texture and quantity
Ordering fresh atta starts with a product choice, rather than a general request for flour. Compare the grain or blend, grind texture and quantity options in the listing. The description and Key Details section help you check what a particular product includes.
Choose the texture that fits your cooking routine. Fine, medium and coarse options are available across the catalogue, but every grain does not necessarily have every option. Read the selected product rather than assuming that an order note can change its ingredients or grind.
Set your delivery choice before comparing offers
Enter your pincode and select your society for delivery, or choose store pickup and an available store. This is part of choosing the service: the selected delivery option and coupon affect product availability as well as discounts.
An unavailable-with-delivery-choice message means that the current offer does not support that product. Change the delivery option or remove the item. It does not mean that a price displayed on another product or in a blog applies to this purchase.
Review the order and complete payment
Check the items, quantity, delivery or collection details and final amount on Review. Look at the actual bill rather than estimating a total from the headline price of a single pack. Confirm the delivery contact or pickup preparation choice that applies to your order.
Fresh-atta orders use advance payment before preparation. After placing an order, follow its payment screen and check that the payment status is confirmed. An order number helps you find the purchase again, but a payment-pending order still needs attention.
Understand preparation and timing
Swastah's fresh-atta service prepares flour against an order. This guide describes applicable fresh-atta products; it does not claim that oils, nuts or every grocery item are milled or made in the same way.
The preparation information on the product and the estimate at checkout are more useful than a permanent delivery promise in an article. Availability, the selected service and your location can affect timing. For pickup, follow the collection and preparation instructions shown for the order.
Bringing your own grains is a separate milling service
Buying flour and booking milling for grains you provide are different purchases. For a milling service, check which grains are accepted and whether your chosen delivery option supports it.
Where the product requests weighing proof, sign in, choose the quantity and attach a photo. Selecting quantity again clears the previous proof, so add the image for the quantity you intend to order. At pickup confirmation, read the applicable bag or container handling choices.
Keep the order details handy
Use My orders to revisit the order number, payment state and details of the purchase. If you need help, start with the specific order and explain what you are checking. Clear photos and packaging information can make a product concern easier to assess.
For the next steps in your kitchen, use the separate flour-storage and roti-making guides below. Those articles cover handling and cooking in detail; this guide focuses on what to check while ordering.
