Why is a product unavailable with my delivery choice?
Your selected delivery option and coupon determine which products can be ordered. Change the delivery choice or remove the unavailable item before ordering.
Delivery and store pickup
Do you deliver everywhere in Pune?

How soon can I receive my order?
Use the estimate shown at checkout. Delivery timing depends on the selected mode, location and availability.
Can I collect my order from a store?
Select Store pickup, enter your pincode and choose an available store. Check the pickup time and preparation instructions before placing your order.

Why is fresh atta packed in a transparent bag?
The transparent transport bag lets you see the flour.
Is the delivery bag a long-term storage packet?
No. Fresh atta uses transport packaging; transfer it to a suitable storage container.
How long should I keep my atta?
Follow the product instructions. Buy manageable quantities; storage conditions affect freshness.
Should I transfer atta to another container?
Yes. Use a clean, dry, food-safe airtight container. Follow any cooling instructions before closing it.
Milling services and getting help
Can I order a milling service for my own grains?
Check the milling catalogue for accepted grains and delivery choices. For services requesting a weighing photo, sign in, select quantity and upload the proof. Read the bag or container instructions when confirming pickup.
What if I have a texture or quality concern?
